All orders placed through Fox Sweaters Shop are handled by USPS (with either First Class Mail or Priority Mail) or DHL eCommerce, depending on your location and the weight of your order.
Order processing Time & Delivery Time
We make every effort to process and ship orders daily during regular working hours Monday - Friday.
Normally, our processing team is able to process orders within 3-4 business days. During the sales campaign, peak shopping period or holiday season, the processing times can be extended to 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for delivery depending on your location.
*Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Weather or natural events in your area that impact on shipping services may cause further delays.
Track the status of my order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order leave our fulfillment center, and your order tracking number will be included in this email, simply follow the link directly to the official site and enter your tracking number.
NOTE: It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the shipping service system. If the information has not appeared on the website, please be patience and try again later.
APO & FPO addresses
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available at Fox Sweaters Shop. Please select one of the "Armed Forces" options under the state dropdown while entering your shipping address for APO/FPO processing.
The carrier delivers the package to the domestic military location, then the package is put on military transport for the final leg of transport. Shipping time for APO/FPO addresses can take considerably longer depending upon the final destination.
I am missing part of my order
In the unlikely event you are missing part of your purchase, this is probably due to your order has been split shipped in separate packages, if this is the case we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!). If you still haven’t received your complete order, please contact us.
My package shows ‘delivered’ but it never arrived
Don’t panic! Here are some steps you can take right away:
- Track the status of your package online to make sure that it has been delivered. Your package delivery time may be delayed, it could still be on the way even though it shows ‘delivered’ status online
- Check with your neighbors. Maybe your neighbors help you to keep the package avoiding the risk of stolen, when they see the package sitting on your porch.
- Reach out to the courier who’s responsible for delivering your package. Sometimes the couriers accidentally deliver packages at a different address. It is a common mistake, they may be able to track it and get it back for you, or they will start a claim if it’s missing.
Please note that we are only able to see the same tracking details that you can see, so we recommend following the above ways to locate your package. We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen once they leave our fulfillment center. However please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
