We only accept Paypal currently, but you also can pay by credit card through Paypal gateway.

You can pay by credit card without a PayPal account and without registering with PayPal. After you submit an order and continue to pay, you will be redirected to Paypal official site, to pay without a PayPal account, click on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button and then continue to input the required information.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, we currently only ship inside U.S.

We ship domestically via USPS, including First Class and Priority Mail. You can learn more about our shipping policy here.

Please email your cancellation or change request to our service team at hello@foxsweaters.com asap. Orders can only be edited or canceled if your order is still being processed. If the order has been shipped, please wait to receive your order, then start the return process.

Yes! You can return any order in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, an exchange or gift card. If it is past the 14 day window, we still accept returns for a store gift card up to 30 days of your order delivery. Learn more about our return policy here.

Most returns will process in approximately a weeks, additional delays may occur. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will appear on your statement approximately 3-5 business days after the return processing date. Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
