Returns Policy

We are proud of all of our products, and we hope that you love every piece you ordered from Fox Sweaters Shop, but we know that returns happen and we hope this makes it a simple process for you.

14 Days Return

We gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order. If it is past the 14 day window, we still accept returns for a store gift card up to 30 days of your order delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • No returns or exchanges for final sale items.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition with original internal packing materials, all tags and accessories attached if there are any, e.g. belt, buttons, etc.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, or makeup.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • No free shipping label provided.

Return & Exchange Guideline

All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA), to get the RA and the shipping address for returns, please contact our customer team via hello@foxsweaters.com including the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. List the item that you want to return (plus, to make an exchange, please list the new item that you want.)
  3. State the reason for returns

You will receive a reply including all the necessary information within 48 hours, then please package and ship your returns using a trackable and insured shipping method, and please keep record of tracking and carrier information.

Receive incorrect or damaged item

Please contact our service team at hello@foxsweaters.com with some pictures of the incorrect or damaged items, and we would love to help and resolve the issue.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

To make a smooth returns processing, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and email us the tracking number of your returns.

After your returns has reached our warehouse, please allow us up to 14 business days for processing your return and refund, and additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive a refund notification once the return processing is complete and please note that this refund excludes the shipping fee.
